SHIPPING
Shipping of orders is currently restricted to residences within the continental United States. All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground and delivery should be expected within 3 - 10 business days. All Florida orders are subject to 7% sales tax. We make every attempt to ship your package within 48 hours of receipt of payment, Monday - Friday. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure that you list a valid street address for delivery. We will make every effort to inform you of any back orders and provide an estimated ship date. Items that are ordered at the same time are not always shipped together due to product availability. In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged we will assist in filing an insurance claim with UPS.
RETURNS
Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately. All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase. We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period. Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired. Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received. A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a refund is requested. The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate " return shipping address". Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
IMPORTANT:
All returns must go through our online Return Authorization process. To get an RA number log into your account and send us an email requesting your 'Return Authorization Number. When you have received the RA number and return address you are then required to print this number clearly on the outside of the package being returned. Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender. RA numbers are valid for 14 days.
